What is Maruti Subscribe?

Subscription by MSIL is a 24,36 and 48 months subscription program with an all-inclusive monthly payment. This payment included the usage of vehicle, maintenance, and other common services related to vehicle ownership. The offering will be fulfilled by a third party leasing Co. which will also take care of the insurance coverage, Road Assistance and disallowance.

Our subscription Tenures are flexible for users to subscribe for a period of 24,36 or 48 months.

If you decide to extend the subscription period while you are using the car, you will need to give a prior written request of 30 days to the leasing partner for extension. Upon the receipt of the request, the leasing partner shall ascertain the possibility of extension and communicate to you within 7 days of request. If the leasing partner confirms the availability of the Vehicle for aforesaid extension, then you shall be required to pay revised reduced Subscription FEe as advised by leasing partner for the Additional Term.

The subscribed car delivery usually takes 15 days from the time of booking, subject to timely collection of documents and verification and subject to availability. Subscribers are kept informed at all stages in case of any changes and unforeseen delays.

To meet the eligibility criteria for Maruti Suzuki Subscription, you must:

  • 1: Be 25 years old or above
  • 2: Should be a resident of India
  • 3: CIBIL score of more than 700
  • 4: Own a valid driving license

Note: Subscription approvals are subject to multiple factors and CIBIL Score.

Yes, you can terminate the subscription and surrender vehicle after lock in period with a written notice of 30 days with minimal termination charges

Lock in period means the fixed non-cancellation period during which you are not permitted to cancel the subscription, lock in period for 24,36 and 38 months is 12,18 and 24 months respectively.

The lock in period for subscription vehicles will be 12,18 and 24 months for 24,36 and 48 months tenure respectively. Moreover, there will be termination Charges for the period:

  • 1: Termination Before lock in period: Rentals for remaining months of lock in period + 3 months rental
  • 2: Termination After lock in period : 1 to 3 months rental depending on time of termination
  • 3: In case a customer wants to exit in the middle of a month, the full month rental will be charged.
